Intelligent Scanning

Add scanning stations that work to scan, index, and organize shipment related documents so that they may be easily viewed by all relevant parties.

Store faxed Proof of Delivery Documents in a designated directory and use Docu-Trak's batch indexing process to automatically index the documents to the appropriate shipments utilizing barcode recognition.

Utilize Docu-Trak's "store and send" capability to allow remote offices to scan their documents during the day and automatically "send" them to the corporate server at night.

Document Management

A module within the Air-Trak or World-Trak products, document management allows for the storing and retrieval of scanned documents. Document Management allows documents to be viewed by internal operations staff in the Operations module of Air-Trak or World-Trak or (with permission) customers may have access to these documents in the Web-Trak module.

Accounting Integration

Accounting efficiency can be gained by matching scanned documents to customer billing requirements and automatically printing required documents along with customer invoices.
